Save The Date: April 27th, 2024.
Bringing women together in our community to celebrate, empower and rejoice together in Jesus' name.
Dr. Sarita Lyons
Dr. Sarita Lyons is joining us all the way from Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Lyons is a wife, mother, speaker, bible teacher and psychotherapist. She is on staff at Epiphany Fellowship Church in Philadelphia as the Director of Discipleship and Women's Ministry.
Prior to full time ministry, Dr Lyons was in private practice for eight years, where she provided counseling for individuals, families, couples, and groups of a variety of psychological needs. Dr. Lyons speaks, writes, and advocates about the intersections of faith, mental health, and justice, as well as women's issues in and outside of the church. Most importantly, Dr. Lyons is called to unashamedly preach the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Sheryl Scott took our stage in April 2023 and blew the crowd away. Her words were powerful, yet soft and relatable.
"I am a mom of four. All males. ( I know, there is a special place for me in Heaven) I have been married to the same man for 30 years. I still love him everyday and like him most days. I have had the privilege of volunteering at my church for 30 years, as well, in many capacities. Writing, acting, singing and teaching. I love every opportunity I get. I also…looooove Jesus. And talking to women. And chocolate. So…one of my favourite things is talking to women about Jesus while we eat chocolate. What could be better? I hope we get to meet someday…in the meantime…2 things for you to remember…you’re amazing and I like Wonderbars. :)"
Amber Smith is joining us all the way from Texas. She is a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and sinner saved by the Grace of God. God moved in her life in a mighty way over the last four years, and she can't wait to share that with us.
Amber is married to her husband Granger and together have four beautiful children.

Ligia enjoys spending time at nearby coffee shops, where she meets with other women to offer support, encouragement, and prayers. She can also be found in online spaces, sharing her story of how God pursued her heart, saved her from herself and redeemed her life.
Ligia is vibrant, authentic, and friendly. She is eager to learn more about others and to show them the love that God has shown her
What women said about She Will Rise
There were SO many parts I loved from the humour to the heartfelt speeches and food. I left with tears in my eyes and Jesus in my soul. Moved to the absolute core! Empowering.
My favorite speaker was Sheryl Scott. She spoke to everyone's heart. Her talk was Biblically based with solid relevant teaching. Please bring her back next year.
I thought the day was just about perfect. There was nothing that I thought was overlooked or poorly organized. Everything ran very smoothly. The only thing I think could be improved is less waiting time to get inside.
How uplifting and different the speakers were. Also the whole vibe and energy of women all in one place.
Food was delicious, super fast & easy to grab. I’d purchase it again.
I honestly LOVED hearing your story Madison, it was so personal and real. You set the tone for authenticity and I felt like each speaker brought a level of authenticity to the stage. I think that was my favourite part. I also loved that Love & The Outcome wasn't just a performance, but an opportunity for storytelling and testimony.
The worship was wonderful! Especially with 700 women!!
Sheryl Scott was great! Funny and touched something very relevant to all the women.
Madi Prewett was so lovely and she had such practical advice.
